Secret Hair was created to give everyone the hair they want and deserve. At Secret Hair focus on having hair with quality everyone will love. Our Secret Hair Extensions are made from 7-STAR 100% FULL CUTICLE REMY HUMAN HAIR, and our Secret Hair Toppers are made from Chinese Full Cuticle Remy Hair, Mongolian Remy Hair or Full Cuticle Remy Hair.

At Secret Hair we want every client to feel their best when they are wearing our Secret Hair.

Order Type

 

When Can Orders be Sent Out:

Stock (all items) ~Within 3-5 working days

 

Custom (skin: v-loop, injected, single knot) ~Within 4-6 weeks

 

Custom (lace/mono base) ~Within 8-10 weeks

 

Custom (full cap/extra-long hair) ~Additional 2 weeks

 

Rush Custom Order(skin)~Within 4 weeks

 

Rush Custom Order (lace, mono) ~Within 6 weeks

 

Add-on Service (haircutting/base cutting) ~Additional 1-3 working days

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order email at secrethairbydaysalon@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all merchandise is returned in its original state as you received it, otherwise it will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Custom orders and duplicate orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns without pre-authorization will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange Procedure

1.Request a return/exchange by email, provide us your order number, details of the reason for the return and images of damage if there is any.

2. A member of our customer service team will authorize your request and send you an address to ship your item back.

3. All items will be inspected when we receive them to check if they qualify for a return/exchange.

(Items that will not be approved for return: outside 30 days from purchase date, custom orders, stock orders that have been altered, worn, washed, damaged or are not in their original packaging)

4. Once your return/exchange is justified, we will process a refund to your original payment account within 3-5 business days
